Refund & Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
We take great care to ensure that all our products are packaged securely and meet our quality standards. However, we understand that packaging may sometimes not meet customer expectations.
Please note that we do not offer refunds based solely on packaging concerns if the product itself remains intact and safe for use.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering their shipping address correctly at checkout. Please double-check all details (street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, and postal code) before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered. In such cases, we are unable to issue refunds or send replacement packages, as address entry is the responsibility of the customer at the time of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. As with our standard return policy, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed (minus the cost of return shipping) to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
